This is one of the most culturally diverse districts in Vienna. There is the Stadthalle, one of the biggest concert venues of Vienna. The Westbahnhof is a very important transport hub and connects both Vienna with Western Austria. Just outside the Westbahnhof, the Mariahilferstraße originates and hints at the many shopping facilities in the area and the Vienna Public Library is near. The location The apartment is located on Nobilegasse, directly opposite the Technical Museum, and very close to Schönnbrunn. The two metro stations Johnstraße und Schönbrunn are both around the corner within 10 to 15 minutes walk, connecting you to the lines U3 and U4. Hence making this an accessible location to get to, and a great starting point to visit the many attractions in Vienna. If you prefer to cross the city, while observing the street views, then tramlines 10, 46 and 52 on Reinlgasse offer you just that. Bars and restaurants Our guests will find a range of restaurants, cafes and bars all around the apartment. For something local and a cosy feeling, Das Augustin is just a short 20-minute-walk from the apartment, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor sittings. A retro café is owned by a 15th-district-native is also around the corner of the apartment, offers breakfasts as well as pastries. For a coffee with a view from above of the nearby neighbourhood, Oben Küche und Bar (literally means Above), at the top of the city library is the perfect place to go, whether in winter for a cosy meal and drinks inside, or on a summer night with chilled beer and quick bite before a movie on rooftop (Kino am Dach) just behind the bar, or concert at the Stadthalle....
