An animal park lies in the neighborhood; a 15 min Walk away and a Trampoline park on the same stretch. The apartment is a 3 room (2 bedroom), ideal for someone who wants a peaceful and secure place to live but at the same time needs easy access to all that Berlin has to offer. The living room is very spacious with an office corner and a dining area. There is a big balcony for you to enjoy some fresh air or have a coffee or even lunch. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven and a Toaster. Just 1 minute away is a special Turkish supermarket, 3 minutes away a Russian supermarket and 5 minutes away Edeka: a supermarket chain. The apartment comes with intensive cleaning by a professional cleaner twice a month so that you don't need to worry about tidying up the apartment all the time....
