The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and consists of a balcony, a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area a bit outside of the center. Since it is very well connected by public transport, you can reach all hotspots easily and fast. THE PRICE IS FOR TWO TENANTS. A 3RD OR 4TH TENANT ARE € 600,— EXTRA PER MONTH EACH.
