Five minutes' walk to the Humboldthain recreation park. Additional information This is an all-inclusive offer. As to consumption, all-inclusive means the inclusion 5 m3 fresh water and of 200 kWh per months for electricity. Excess amount will be charged with 0,40 € per kWh.
