In addition, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a high-quality mirror cabinet with lighting. South-facing balcony with a view of Humboldthain, with balcony furniture. Additional space is in a spacious cellar compartment. Garage parking space can be rented as required, subject to availability. Bell intercom is also available. Central location near S-Bahn Humboldthain (S1, S2 S25, S26), bus 247. Gesundbrunnen station within walking distance (approx. 8 minutes). Close to Bayer, BND, Mitte and all shopping centres. Five minutes' walk to the Humboldthain recreation park. Additional information This is an all-inclusive offer. As to consumption, all-inclusive means the inclusion 5 m3 fresh water and of 200 kWh per months for electricity. Excess amount will be charged with 0,40 € per kWh. Please note that the average single person household amounts to 2500 kWh and 50 m3 water per year. For heating an average amount will be charged, based on assumed average heat consumption (€100/month during winter period). There will be no personal viewings. The flat is in the condition as described and is available for occupation without further ado once the contract has been signed, the deposit paid and the conditions listed below have been met. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
