The apartment is settled in the university area near Fair Building in the east of Padua. You are 10 minutes by bike from the hospital and 3 minutes walk from the main university faculty such as Psysicology, Biology, Economics and Engineering Department. A very short distance away is Venezia Avenue with the bus stops of the urban bus, with wich you can reach the historic center and the station in less then 5 minutes, but the historic center is 10 minutes walk and the train station is 10 minutes by foot . The area is really well served , you can find shops, Coop supermarket, restaurant and pubs, banks and Post Office. Nearby there is Music Park and the river bank of Piovego for jogging or walking. Nearby you have also Centro Giotto Shopping Center where you can find all you need and Ikea. The building is of three private units . The apartment is large, it consists of an entrance, a kitchen, 3 rooms, a bathrooms and a garage for bikes. The bathroom has been completely renovated in August 2024. There are a common area in front of building and a private space behind. THE ROOM IS A BIG SUITE OF 24 MQ , it's a single room and has a monthly price of 630,00 €, then 90,00 euros must be added for the ALL INCLUSIVE service formula which includes: - All Utilities: electricity, water, gas, heating, garbage, gas stove - Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet (optic fiber network) There aren’t condominium fees. The drafting and registration of the rental contract are included in the administrative costs, as well as the part of the registration tax and stamps, the part fee of the contract closing registry tax, all communications to the Questura. If the contract is closed early the closing tax will be charged in full. The room for Erasmus students it is composed by new Ikea duvet, duvet cover , pillowcase and fresh towels. For any problem, emergency, or maintenance needs, we can intervene with our technicians and you will not have to worry. Contracts are individual and paid monthly; other than the fixed amount to be paid monthly there are no other expenses. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
