The villa comes fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and convenient stay, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a plasma TV, and generous closet space for your belongings. The kitchen is stocked with all essential utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. There are three bathrooms in total—two of which feature bathtubs or showers—complete with hairdryers, toiletries, and a washing machine for added convenience. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided upon check-in. Please note: The apartment is accessed via stairs. For guests traveling with infants, a crib is available upon request for a one-time fee of €7.50. Additional cleaning services and restocking of amenities can be arranged for an extra charge. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
