About the Accommodation: 'Porto Garden Villa' is a duplex apartment centrally located in Porto. It accommodates a maximum of 8 guests (with 2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds) and is thoughtfully equipped to make your stay in Porto a delightful one. Its recent decor provides the utmost comfort for you to unwind after a day of city exploration, all while granting you the opportunity to relish a picturesque sunset in the apartment's garden. The apartment features complimentary Wi-Fi, a Plasma TV, spacious closets to store your belongings, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essential utensils for meal preparation. There are three bathrooms, two of which are complete with baths or showers, along with hairdryers, amenities, and a washing machine. Towels and linens are provided at check-in. Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment. If you require a crib, there is an additional cost of €7.5. Additional cleaning and replenishment of amenities are available for an extra fee. For guests staying beyond a month, the host is responsible for covering services up to a maximum of €150. In case this amount is exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs. Other Considerations: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Late check-in is available for an additional cost: €20 if it occurs after 20:00, and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are available for an extra cost of €40, subject to availability. Late and early check-in fees are payable in cash upon arrival. Upon check-in, we will request your identification document. Short-term rentals necessitate the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF) in a process known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obligated to communicate your presence to Portuguese Immigration and SEF within 3 working days of your arrival.
