Its communications are perfect for people who come to study at the Polytechnic University of Valencia since it is next to the Mediterrani metro stop ten minutes from these locations. The environment has several supermarkets and banks, restaurants, bars, shops and businesses of all kinds. It is very close to the 5-star spa hotel of las arenas and 3 minutes from the Royal Marina of Valencia. 🕑CHECK-IN TIMES: - Monday to Friday: 09:00h to 13:30h and 16:00h to 22:00 ⚠️ Note that Check-ins outside those times will have an extra 50€ cost!!
