All rooms are equipped with a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, shelves and mirrors. However, 1 of these rooms has a 150 cm fold-down double bed, while the other 135-cm fold-down beds. On the one hand, on this floor there are 3 bathrooms, 2 are private and one is shared between 2 rooms. In addition, the common area is a kitchen-dining room with all new utensils. The area where the Calle Pintor Maella apartment is located is lively and jovial, it has several cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The supermarket is under the farm. In the street of the apartment, there is a bike path that connects to the points of interest in Valencia. In addition, this street is on the corner of Avda el Puerto, an avenue that runs down to the port of Valencia and has multiple bus lines. 🕑CHECK-IN TIMES: - Monday to Friday: 09:00h to 13:30h and 16:00h to 22:00 ⚠️ Note that Check-ins outside those times will have an extra 50€ cost!!
