The living-dining room is very spacious, has a central television and access to a common balcony. The kitchen is separated from the facilities, with a small table for meals and a joint cleaning room where the washing machine is located. The Calle Albalat de Tarongers apartment is located very close to the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a few steps from the University of Valencia. Right in front of the apartment is the Nou Campus park. Walking around the neighbourhood you will find several restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops.
