Despite being the only room without light, room number 4 has plenty of natural light due to the location of the floor. The apartment has a renovated bathroom with a shower screen. The kitchen is large, a full wall full of storage space and all the utensils you need for everyday life. Finally, the living-dining room is spacious, there are 2 comfortable sofas and a table with 4 chairs that allow you to observe the city of Valencia. The apartment is located on a street near Avenida Blasco Ibáñez that connects with the Benimaclet neighbourhood and goes down to the Valencia-Cabanyal station. In addition, less than 10 minutes walk away is the Ayora metro that connects with various points of interest in the city of Valencia. The universities are close and the neighbourhood is very lively as several students are around. You will find several restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars and cafes. 🕑CHECK-IN TIMES: - Monday to Friday: 09:00h to 13:30h and 16:00h to 22:00 ⚠️ Note that Check-ins outside those times will have an extra 50€ cost!!
