RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month. - Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month. - Deposite: 1000€ - Minimum stay: 1 month. GUESTS POLICY: - One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights. - Previous notification by email is required. - First 2 nights are for free. - After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night. - Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
