The newly renovated shared apartment in the 4th floor (with lift) is looking for 4 new tenants. The apartment is in a perfect location right on the Danube Canal and very close to the U3 metro station Rochusgasse. The Room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + couch + desk + wardrobe ! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with a refrigerator, all devices and all necessary cooking equipment. Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. Community Both of our CEO's are still under 30 and join most of our community events. You have here an incredible opportunity to live and celebrate together with the CEO's of two Start-Ups in Vienna. One of them is living in our shared Penthouse flat in Herzgasse. Our CEO is living at the moment in Herzgasse with 7 roommates and he enjoys it extremely. Because if he needs to work and wants to have silence, he goes in his room but when he wants to talk and drink an after work beer he always finds someone in the flat who is motivated for it. It’s also good, because we always take care that the common area is good noise protected from the rooms. Of course, the rooms to each other too. With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events.
