The apartment is a THIRD floor with NO lift. Very close to the Malvarrosa Beach and Mediterranean restaurants, easy access to public transportation, metro, bus. The apartment has wif-fi, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle for tea.
