Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mainzer Altstadt, nahe dem Rhein. Zum Bahnhof Römisches Theater (S-Bahn zum Flughafen) sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle (Holzturm) direkt vor der Tür. In die Altstadt mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Museen und auch zum Rhein sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett (180x200). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Sofa und ein 50" Fernseher. Ein Highspeed-Internetanschluss mit WIFI ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, dort findest du: Esstisch, Stühle, Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Herd und alles was zum zum Kochen und Essen so braucht. Miete: Der angegebene Preis pro Monat ist ein Angebotspreis und bezieht sich nur auf kurzfristige Buchungen für den aktuellen oder nächsten Monat. Danach beträgt die Miete 100 € mehr.
