It consists of 3 single rooms, two of which have a balcony, one fully equipped kitchen, abathroomwith window and shower, a closetand a large18m2 terrace, ideal for studying outdoors and sunbathing. The house does not have a car park, but you can request a parking pass from the Town Hall to park in the designated blue spaces in the adjacent streets. A bicycle space is available to tenants in the meter area of the building. We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere...
