The house consists of an entrance hall, LARGE LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, 3 BEDROOMS EACH WITH BATHROOM AND A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE WITH A VIEW OF DOMES. THE HOUSE is located in via san zanobi, very full historic center (5 min walk from the station, 2 min from the central market, 6 min from the Duomo) rental price room with bathroom 540 euros expenses 110 euros per month including everything - without adjustment at the end of the contract for electricity, water and wifi gas not included, paid monthly in advance for €35.00 per month, subject to adjustment with actual uses at the end of the period ATTENTION: air conditioning not included for the summer months regular contract, not in flat rate tax there are registration taxes only once upon signing the contract approximately euro 100.00 € security deposit required - twice the rental price with expenses our property management company has a one-time commission upon signing the contract...
