Student’s apartment in a recently renovated art deco house near the park of Schönbrunn in the 12th district of Vienna. 54 m2 under the roof, elevator. all facilities: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine in the cellar, connection for satellite TV, fast 5G internet. Currently there is a double bed (two separate beds can be provided). Ideal for a couple. 750.- plus heating (central heating gas, on average 80€/month in winter)) and electricity (about 95€/month, includes warm water production). Energy prices are very hard to predict at the present moment The bus lines 63A, 8A, 16A, Nightline N62, the tram line 62, the “Schnellbahn”, a post office, a pharmacy and physician ́s offices are close by. We have hosted Erasmus students for several years ....
