🏡Apartment - Via delle Lame - Bologna🏡 Spacious one bedroom apartment of 55 sqm in Bologna city centre, located on the 5th floor of a residential building in a well-served area, close to the central station and to the public garage ‘Riva di Reno’. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The apartment opens onto a long corridor leading into the four rooms the property consists of. Right beside the entrance you find a box room, where to store the cleaning products. The bedroom is the first room you come across, and it offers 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, and a spacious wardrobe taking up the entire wall. Coming back into the corridor you find the living room, furnished with a big bookcase made of solid wood and, opposite it, a comfortable sofa bed. There's also a TV. The spacious eat-in kitchen offers an electric oven, a dishwasher, a table for up to 4 people and a flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with tub and has vintage ceramic tiles. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Via San Felice: the oldest tower in Bologna was built here, to protect the city from the the assault of Modena. In about 15 minutes (on foot) you reach Piazza Maggiore, whilst steps away is Via Azzo Gardino: on saturdays a picturesque market organized by Slow Food takes place in the street, and it is populated by more than 40 local farmers selling seasonal and fresh groceries. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. Walking towards Via del Pratello you find many pubs, bars, restaurants and typical ‘trattorie’, whilst in Via Minzoni stands the Mambo, the Bologna museum of modern art. In Via Lame and Via Marconi you find two cinemas; in Porta Saragozza the cinema Chaplin offers films in original language every Monday evening. In summer concerts and exhibitions are organized at the nearby Cavaticcio park, a popular meeting point among young people, especially over the weekend. Public transportation: In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you find bus lines 35, 36 and 21, taking to the central station; bus line 38 takes to the fair. Buses 18, 86 e 29 take you to the heart of downtown. Parking: The apartment is just outside the traffic limited zone (ZTL), it means you can arrive under the apartment without any problem. Regarding the parking, it’s possible to park in the blue lines under the apartment (Via Lame 85): during the night you can park for free. The same blue line is on payment between 8am and 8 pm. Another option is the garage Riva Reno (Via Azzo Gardino 61b), very close to the apartment and just outside the ZTL as well. Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax that is not included in the price. € 4,60 per person, per night. It is applied only to the first 5 nights.
