Description

🏡Apartment - Via del Borgo di San Pietro - Bologna🏡 Magnificent 130 m2 apartment consisting of two bedrooms, study room, dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The property is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a modern building in the center of Bologna, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and adjacent to the bus stop to reach the Fairgrounds and the Railway Station. Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. The apartment was completely renovated in March 2017; a series of original pieces of furniture from the 1970s have been renovated and modernized and complemented with more modern and colorful elements. The floors are covered in gray resin, which is well-matched with the walls’ sage colors and which gives great prominence to the dark gray doors. The color combination yields an extremely trendy style with a distinctive vintage taste, which not only provides guests with a pleasant stay in an extremely refined setting, but spoils them with modern comforts. Heating is centralized throughout the building; two bedrooms and the living room are serviced by air conditioning, while the study features a ceiling fan. As soon as you enter the house, you can store your coat in the elegant entrance that leads to the open dining room and the door leading to the long corridor where bedrooms are located. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful wooden cupboard, a comfortable table for 6 people and a piece of furniture that accommodates a 24” flat screen TV. The kitchen is next to the dining room. It is a modern kitchen furnished with brushed steel cabinets and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, study and bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TV and wardrobe, the master bedroom includes a comfortable Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (80 x 200 cm) which can be merged into a double bed. The study is furnished with a beautifully restored vintage storage cabinet, and a 112 x 185 cm sleeper sofa. With its skillfully allocated colors, the bathroom has a very modern flair and includes a full bath tub with shower. The property is very quiet since it is tucked away from the road. The flat also includes a small, but useful terrace, which is accessed from the dining room, as well as two closets; one is filled with household cleaning products, while the other can be used to store luggage. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. Area: It is an area that gravitates around Piazza Maggiore (Church of San Petronio, one of Italy’s most important churches, Palazzo d'Accursio, Museo Morandi, the municipal art collections, Palazzo Re Enzo, and the Civic Museum), the imposing Piazza Nettuno with the beautiful fount(hidden)y Giambologna, the former Sala Borsa, home to a large multimedia library, and the Two Towers, dating back to the twelve century. In the vicinity, you can find a cluster of intertwined narrow streets featuring spice markets, pubs, trendy clubs, as well as typical and historical food stores. A convenient supermarket is located a few steps from the property and you only have to walk a few steps to reach some of Bologna’s most famous restaurants. Public transportation: The apartment is located in a highly strategic position thanks to its proximity to via dell'Indipendenza and via Irnerio, where buses pass and allow you to easily reach every point of the city, such as the Fair and the train station (also less than 15 minutes on foot). Parking: The apartment is located within the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. It is possible to find parking outside the ZTL, along via Irnerio within the blue lines, by paying the hourly ticket (red parking meters). Parking is free on public holidays; and from Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 8:00. It is possible to park in the Piazza 8 Agosto underground car park at a cost of € 24 per day, € 90 per week or € 200 per month. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
