Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mainzer Altstadt, nahe dem Rhein. Zum Bahnhof Römisches Theater (S-Bahn zum Flughafen) sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle (Holzturm) direkt vor der Tür. In die Altstadt mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Museen und auch zum Rhein sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett (160x200) und einen Kleiderschrank (dieser ist allerdings nur zum teil benutzbar). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Sofa und ein 50" Plasma Fernseher und ein Blu-Ray-Player inklusive vieler Blu-ray-Filmen. Ein Highspeed-Internetanschluss mit WIFI ist auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, dort findest du: Esstisch, Stühle, Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Herd und alles was zum zum Kochen und Essen so braucht. Miete: Der angegebene Preis pro Monat ist ein Angebotspreis und bezieht sich nur auf kurzfristige Buchungen für den aktuellen oder nächsten Monat. Danach beträgt die Miete 100 € mehr.
