Der wunderschöne Augarten, 3 Gehminuten entfernt lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Nahversorger wie Spar, Hofer und Billa sind in Gehweite bequem zu erreichen. WG-Leben Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in der Wohnung zwischen September und Jänner. Ich selbst bin Englisch+Spanisch Lehrerin und lege wegen meiner Vollzeitstelle Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Respekt in der Wohnung.
