Nice fully furnished room. You can register at the address. The housemates are 3 working people and 1 master student and come from all over the world. The preference goes out to a neat person in the same situation. The house has 5 rooms so you will be sharing with 4 others and the available room is 14m2 for € 950,- including utilities and internet. Deposit is the same as one month of rent which you get back in full after leaving the place in a good and clean way. The common living room with open kitchen is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has: a dishwasher, oven, fridge, 5 burner gas hob and extractor. All pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffeemaker, kettle etc etc are there. A table with 4 chairs as well. There is a small washing room on the ground floor with a washing machine. There is a communal bike storage and parking spaces are also for rent. There are 2 separate toilets. A modern bathroom with sink, and a big shower. Location: Conveniently located next to public transport and shops in the West of Amsterdam. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with mostly families. You can walk in 2 minutes to shops and you can bike in 3 minutes to Osdorpplein shopping centre with a big variety of shops such as Albert Heijn XL, Dirk van der Broek, Etos, TK Maxx etc.. The tram 17 and tram 1 are close by to reach the city center in about 20 mins! If you want to go by bike it is depending on where you need to be in the centre within 20 minutes to half an hour by bike...
