Room in nice apartment with spacious living room, newly renovated bathroom and lots of storage space! Hey everyone, I'll be renting out my private bedroom as I'll be studying abroad for a year. The room is fully furnished, including a TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick, and will be cleared of any small personal items before you arrive. In addition, you'll also have access to a nice shared living room with a big TV. WiFi, all utilities and insurance for the room are already included in the rent. So you'll be paying 300 flat.
