All bills are included in the rent, such as condominium fees, waste disposal, heating, electricity, water, gas, wifi, and more. There is a one time entry fee of €400, which is a lump sum payment to start the service and includes: * Contract registration and stamp duties * Cleaning for initial access * Special insurance offering a unique security. Our policy includes a waiver of subrogation ('Rinuncia alla rivalsa'), meaning the insurance company covers damages without seeking reimbursement from the responsible party. Payment Schedule as per the Contract: By booking through Housing Anywhere, your first month's rent is already covered. Before your check-in, you will receive an email with all the information you need to access your room. Prior to check-in, we require the contract signature, payment for the entry fee, and a one-month deposit. You will find all this information in the email you will receive. Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays, kindly inform us in advance to check the availability of flexible check-in options. Please note that there will be an additional cost of €50 in such cases. Please note that the room is delivered fully furnished, but does not include pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as plates, cutlery, and glasses. Anything not provided can be purchased privately. If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place.
