The Internet is 40 euro monthly, you pay to us + cleaning 100 euro (every 2 weeks the shared areas will be cleaned) = 2440 euro per month. Extra cost; waste tax/water tax is not including the rent, after when you are registered , you will receive the invoices from the municipality's. And busses & trams too! -Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam by bike/bus 27 min -Rotterdam Centraal by train 16 minutes -Maastad hospital walkin distance 10 min (900 m) We require a 2 monthly rent deposit.
