Shared apartment for students / young professionals. Located 10 minutes walk from Murcia City Hall. The train station is a 3 minute walk away. Price for one person 295+ 40 = 335 euros. During the summer we rent couples: 420€ (Responsible consumption of water and electricity!!) Electricity consumption included up to €20/month per room. Double bed 135cmx190cm Contract will be signed upon arrival. Deposit: 335 euros. Included Bed linen (sheets, pillows, blanket and duvet) and towels It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen, laundry area, living room and small balcony. LOCKABLE ROOM. Located in Barrio del Carmen, next to the bus stop for the "Campus Espinardo" and "Campus UCAM". To go to "Campus La Merced", you can walk. Very close to the apartment you will find supermarkets such as: Mercadona, Superdumbo, Coviran, Sangüi, bakery, greengrocer, pharmacy, etc. We are looking for a flatmate clean, calm and respectful so that there is a good coexistence. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR, THE CONTRACT IS FOR 10 MONTHS, FROM SEPTEMBER TO JUNE. Muy cerca del apartamento encontrarás supermercados como Mercadona, Superdumbo, Coviran, Sangüi, ...etc, panadería, fruterías, farmacia, .... Buscamos compañero/a limpio, tranquilo y respetuoso para que haya buena convivencia. NO ESTÁN PERMITIDAS FIESTAS EN EL APARTAMENTO. CONTRATO DE 10 MESES: DESDE SEPTIEMBRE A JUNIO, POR EL CURSO ESCOLAR DE LA UNIVERSIDAD. Coste Administrativo de 50€ a la llegada si tu contrato es de menos de 10 meses.
