It’s facing the quiet and safe inner courtyard. Entering in the apartment there is the fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, table and chairs. In the living room there is a sofa double bed and the TV. Modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and window. The bedroom has 2 single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. AC and High speed internet connection. The apartment is located in a building adjacent to other 3 apartments of the same landlord, rented by international (usually NABA) students. There is a nice common outdoor area, with table and chairs, where you can meet the other students and have enjoy your time together. This outdoor area is very particular, thanks to pop art and vintage design pieces, ancient slot machines too! Those objects were located in the restaurant of the landlord she had nearby, but now it’s not existing anymore and for her dad was a pity to sell these unique original 30’s – 90’s objects. Area description Safe residential area, just 2 minutes walking from NABA. It’s in Navigli area, close to Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. SDA Bocconi is 10 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. Porta Genova metro station is 15 minutes walking. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
