The studio is fully furnished, with a bed and a full endowment (linen, pots and dishes, the full list of the endowment is available upon request). There is also a wall closet. The studio is situated in Via Vanoni 25, in the city center of Lugano, 300 mt. from USI, 200 mt. from the bus stop, 2 minutes from the Migros, and 5 minutes from the FFS station; hence, it is ideal for phd students, staff or USI students. The studio is ideal for either one or two people. Moreover, it is very close to several public and private parkings. Animals are not allowed. Price: 1200 chf per month if the studio is rented for at least 12 months. An additional reduction is possible for the second year of rent. Price is 1300 chf per month if the studio is rented for 6 months. Visits are possible since the 15th August 2021. The apartment is free since 1st September 2021....
