--- ENGLISH --- The building is in Porta Romana Via Senese, and is inhabited by female students and some students mostly dancers from the Opus Ballet and students from the Accademia Italiana It is a very quiet building and there is a nice atmosphere, it is almost like a family. The flat is on the first floor, there is a living room with a large kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) -- a large double room, a corridor, a bathroom and a single room with a large wardrobe and a bed. It is located in the Porta Romana area, less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from Via de Bardi, just outside the ztl (very well served area, residential, safe, and with all services at hand under the house: post office, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, bakery, bus stops) MONTHLY RENTAL of the whole house : € if you rent the whole house --- EURO 280 FOR EACH BED , AT PERSON OR (560 euro for the big room single use ) CONDOMINUM : € 25 for the each person RENTAL PERIOD: from 1 septemebr for 12 months contract. DEPOSIT: two monthly payments of the rent EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT: (water, electricity, gas) - to be paid only once - waste tax, emptying of septic tank, ordinary maintenance of boiler (these will be charged only for the period of the contract in which the tenants will be in the house) Commission management company AB Immobili convenzionata ---€ 282.00 euro only one time at the signing of contract for each bed . L'appartamento è al piano primo, c'è un ingresso soggiorno con ampia cucina (con lavastoviglie e lavatrice ) -- una stanza doppia ampia , un corridoio un bagno ed una camera singola con ampia armadiatura e letto 1 piazza e mezza. Si trova in zona porta romana , a meno di 15 min a piedi dal centro , 15 minuti da via de bardi , appena fuori ztl (zona servitissima , residenziale , sicura, e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano sotto casa: posta , negozi , bar, gelateria, forno, fermate autobus) AFFITTO MENSILE tutta la casa : € se si affitta tutta la casa --- euro 280 per ogni posto letto a persona (560 euro la camera grande come doppia a uso singola) CONDOMINIO : € 25 per ogni persona PERIODO DI AFFITTO: dal 1 settembre per un contratto di 12 mesi DEPOSITO : due mensilità del canone Spese : NON INCLUSO NEL CANONE DI LOCAZIONE a parte intestate dal conduttore (acqua corrente gas) -- da corrispondere una sola volta -tassa sui rifiuti ,- vuotamento fossa biologica, manutenzione ordinaria caldaia (queste verranno conteggiate per il solo periodo di contratto in cui conduttori utilizzeranno casa) Commissione ditta di gestione AB Immobili convenzionata ---€ 282,00 euro only one time at the signing of contract Contratto transitorio registrato con cedolare secca ( NON ci sono spese di registrazione)...
