DESCRIPTION Our apartment Naschmarkt element is a lovely, bright apartment in a calm courtyard environment. It is a typical Viennese house building from the 19th century. The apartment stands out due to its modern and high-quality furniture and consists of an ante room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. From the living room you can also reach the terrace. In each bedroom there is a double bed (sizes 160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). In the larger bedroom there is an additional sofa, which can be pulled out to be a single-bed. Large wardrobes offer you enough space to store your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, oven, microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker as well as cook- and dinnerware. In the spacious living room where you find a dining table with 4 chairs and a couch, which can be transformed a double bed (size 140 x 200 cm) if necessary. In the larger bedroom’s bathroom you will find a tub with shower, big mirror, washing basin and toilet. In the other bathroom there is a large shower and also a washing basin and an extra toilet. Towels will be provided as well. We rent several apartment in the same building, so we can accomodate larger groups if necessary. LOCATION The apartment building is centrally located at Franzensgasse, a small alley with lots of houses from the „Biedermeier“ era in the inner district of „Margareten“. Just around the corner you can find Viennas most beautiful market the „Naschmarkt“ where you can find a lot of Vienna's food specialities, cafés, bars and restaurants. Within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance lies the historic center of Vienna, the 1st district or „Innere Stadt“, where a lot of Viennas famous attractions such as St. Charles Cathedral, the imperial castle, the state opera or the spanish riding school can be found. If that is too far, you can walk just a few minutes to the subway station „Kettenbrückengasse“ (line U4) and the next stop „Karlsplatz“ is already in the center of Vienna. You can also reach Viennas famous shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße on foot. It is only about 10 minutes away, as is the Museumsquartier, a courtyard full of Museums, which lies at the beginning of Mariahilfer Straße. If you have enough of the historic center, how about a visit to Schönbrunn castle? It is only about 15 minutes away if you take the subway line U4. It is well worth a visit...
