La habitación es interior, la ventana da a otra habitación, no al exterior. El piso consta de otras 2 habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada y un baño completo. Situado en Calle de Gaztambide 7, a escasos pasos de Metro Argüelles (Líneas 4, 7 y 6), junto las Universidades Icade, Comillas, Nebrija, Corte Inglés Princesa, a una parada de Moncloa, dos de Ciudad Universitaria etc.. Todos los suministros (electricidad, gas, Wifi Internet, agua y limpieza semanal de zonas comunas) tienen un coste fijo de 50€ mes. Se pide un mes de fianza y una mensualidad (más IVA) de honorarios de agencia (ajustable en base a la duración de la estancia)...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
