Each bedroom measures approximately 20-25 square meters, features its own lock, and is equipped with air conditioning and VDSL 50 mbps Wi-Fi. Your private bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, and lamp for studying or working, a closet, mirror, extra bed sheets, towels, and a small balcony. You'll have plenty of privacy, but will also share communal areas with two other tenants, including a fully-equipped kitchen with ample space for your belongings, one bathroom with a washing machine, one WC, a storage room, and a hall. A damage deposit of 200 euros in cash is required but will be fully refunded on the day of check-out following the inspection of the room. Air conditioning is available for both cooling and heating, and we also provide a Smart TV, hair dryer, for your convenience.
