This 120-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor and has an elevator. The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in 2021, and it has 3 bedrooms, each about 20-25 square meters. The apartment is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Victoria metro stop, A.E.U.B University of Athens, and the Archaeological Museum. Additionally, shops, restaurants, and a supermarket are all located just around the corner. Each private bedroom has a double bed, a desk for study or work, a lamp, a closet, a mirror, extra bed sheets, towels, and a small balcony. The bedrooms also have their own lock on the door, and each room has air conditioning and Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to store their own belongings, a bathroom with a washing machine, a WC, a storage room, and a hall. A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
