The guest room is suggested 28 yrs+ females. Please read everything, including the information under personal information. IMPORTANT: Only January! I am actually looking for a tenant to stay by him/herself in the apartment (780 euros a month during February, March, April and May and possibly longer) but the contract for that set up may take a month, and that is the reason I am subletting only the guest room in January. This apartment is situated fairly central in Gothenburg, in Djurgårdsgatan in one of the most popular and charming neighborhoods of Gothenburg (Majorna), and most things you may need are just around the corner or a five minutes away. It is also not far from the harbour or the biggest park of Gothenburg (Slottsskogen) plus on the right side of the city if you want to go to the archipelago - one of the trams goes straight there). Järntorget is two stops away, and you reach the central station in 10 minutes. Your room is 8m2. There is storage space for you outside of it. Your room has new floors, new curtains and a bed that was bought in september 2020. It is a Brimnes bed from IKEA with storage and it can be made into a double bed. The mattress is new. Further, there is a book case/storage furniture and a stool, both of which you can keep in your room or choose not to. You are welcome to use he rest of the flat as well. This is included in the rent, as is your part of electricity. There is no extra payment for Netflix. Kitchen utilities, towels and sheets will be at your disposal, but you need to do your own laundry, clean up after yourself and take part in making sure the appartement is neat and tidy. Moving out, you leave the room the way you found it: all clean....
