Dear future flatmate , A 17 m2 room is available in a shared flat. The flat is located at Arnsteinstrasse 22 and is just 5 min by tram to the famous Mariahilferstrasse and 5 min away from Schönbrunn, you could also walk very easily to both places within 13 min. The room: The room faces the courtyard, which has the advantage that it is quiet, but the room seems a bit dimmer because there are two large trees right in front of the window with your own bathroom ( only shower and little sink) Since the flat has two entrances and this room was intended by the owner as a guest room, the owners have left this room with an entrance to the outside. Since I don't like it that much, I put a cupboard in front of it so that the entrance is closed and you don't have the feeling that you can go straight into the corridor. During the day, you can hear people climbing the stairs, but if you're not that sensitive, it won't bother you that much. The room has a bed, a large antique wardrobe, a desk, which is not shown in the photo, and if you want, I still have a chest of drawers available and all little other things are available. The living room is quite large ( 30m2 and has a lot of light :), which you may use at all times ), there is a huge kitchen, which all the equipment and completely new. There are two toilets in the flat, the other bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. You would live with me and Theresia is 35 years old, from Germany, now works in Vienna as an occupational therapist and is totally warm, communicative - you can talk to her about everything and she is very adventurous. It is rather a quiet flat-sharing community, as I am still studying and work full time in hospital, I am actually only at home on weekends and mostly only in the evenings. I am looking for someone who values a rather quiet and clean flat-sharing community and, most importantly, that you love cats, as we have two British Shorthair cats living with us. Myself: I am 36 years old, vegetarian, still a medical student and am currently writing my thesis. Since I work full time, I don't always have time, but I would be very happy if we could have dinner together every now and then and chat a bit in the evening and, if you are interested in art, it would be lovely to go to exhibitions together. I am very open-minded and love to get to know other cultures. If the room appeals to you and you are interested, I would be happy to hear from you. Greetings Patrizia Soraya...
