WIFI, air conditioning , heating , kitchen. also nearby the main historical and artistic Florentine feautures. Just getting down the street there are bars, shops, supermarkets and there are some resturants worthy of the finest toscan restaurants for an affordable price. In 2013 the house has been completly restored. Smoking is not permitted Animals are not allowed It is forbidden to organize parties / events Check-in time: 15.00 - 20.00 Check-out by 11:00 CHECK IN Please be advised that it is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-in is possible only if the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenant and has been cleaned. Check-in after 8 PM is possible provided 48 hours in advance. There will be an additional charge of € 30 for late check-in, payable in cash at the time of check-in. check-in 12 PM (midnight) HAVE EXTRA COST € 50.
