This room offers a comfortable double bed ensuring a great night of sleep, a spacious closet, a desk perfect for studying or reading in peace, and you'll have the freedom of putting your own personal touch to it! The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The area is highly residential, so the surroundings are perfect for relaxing strolls. In this area there is the bus stop, the tram stop, the supermarket, the nearby park, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out! If you would like to stay only 3 months from July to September, 420 euros is all included. While if you stay for 6 or more months the month rent will be 420 euros excluding water and gas that is approximately 20 euros per months.
