Comfortable, wide, Warm, silent, authentic Italian home accommodation to call home during your stay in Florence. Accommodating up to 2 guests or 2 couples, the lovely apartment offers a comfortable retreat within walking distance of the city's major attractions. The apartment is available for companies. In this case the price will have an increased of 30% due to the different fiscal impact for the apartment owner. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with a non-divisible double bed (160 cm wide), a large living room, kitchen with dish-washing, bathroom with dressing room and a little balcony. 💎 The apartment is perfect for 2 couples 🐶 animals (pets too) are not allowed 🚼 the apartment is not suggested for children or babies It is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning inside the two double bedrooms. 📌 For booking longer than 1 month, we will provide with blankets only. For towels and linen we can get you in touch with our best linen supplier directly or you will be free to manage this task on your own. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
