Está situada en una quinta planta, exterior y en una finca con ascensor. Se encuentra en un edificio moderno, localizado en pleno Centro de Madrid con todos los servicios básicos a su alrededor (supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, etc. ). Ubicad a 4 min andando de la estación de metro de Banco de España (Línea 2) . Suministros de electricidad, gas y Wifi Internet por 100€ al mes. Se pide una estancia mínima de 9 meses, fianza de dos meses, y una mensualidad (más IVA) de honorarios de agencia....
