Location: Yläkartanonkuja two, Espoo Finland. Condition: good and very clean. Transportation: metro station 150m, from where metro runs 13min to Aalto campus, 24min to Helsinki center. But stop: 120m, bus line 544 is good to Metropolia Karamalmi campus, 33 min including walking, and 45min to Laurea Leppävaara. shop: 250m, open everyday, 7:00--22:00 Total rent: 510+60=570e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months) 530+60=590e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months) including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, high speed WiFi (100MB), laundry, drying room, gym room, bicycle room, weekly sauna. Flat mates: two international students Deposit: 800e (refundable with two weeks after contract expires). Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay (estimated cost about 13..18e/month). You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. When applying, please, tell something about yourself (age, gender, school campus, home university, whether mind to share flat with boy/girl?) for the purpose that my tenants will, to maximum degree, match each other. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
