Die Wohnung ist 300m von der Lauder Business School (LBS) entfernt, BOKU und Döblinger Hauptstraße sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. Die Linien 38, 37 und 39A sind gleich um die Ecke. Die U-Bahn-Station U4 Heiligenstadt ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Das Schottentor ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte und Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe in der Döblinger Hauptstraße und Obkirchergasse. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer (maximal 4 Mieter).
