The second room can be an office, a guest room, exercise space, or a child’s room. There’s a trundle bed with two single mattresses that can open up to a queen. Very comfortable to work from home with multiple working areas besides the large desk, both the high bench in the kitchen and the living room hutch make good standing desks, and there is plenty of sound privacy for conference calls. Under 15 minutes walk to some of the best restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafes in Berlin. (Albatross, Le Maison, Concierge, Tulus Lotrek, St. bart, Chungking Noodles, II Casolare, Populus, etc. There’s too many to list them all!) Close to many grocery stores, bio, big and small, as well as, the Maybachufer street market, the Südstern and Bopp markets, and the Marheineke Markthalle and Markthalle Neun. There’s even an open-on-sunday späti around the corner that sells vegetables and essentials. Hasenheide park & the Tempelhof airfield park are 10-15 minutes away. The area is well served by public transport with the U7, U8 and U1 only 7-10 minutes down the road. Theres also an option for weekly-monthly cleaning. Free street parking. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
