Comfortable living room with space to read a book, have nice meal or watch a film. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, big fridge and separate freezer. New washing machine and dryer. New boiler recently, thermostat controlled heating. Garden: Big and quiet with lots of plants perfect to chilling out or barbecue. There is storage outside if required, with side gate to the garden for easy access. Parking is available on the street, with possibility for off-street parking. Other: Professional and friendly people living in the house who like to chat about different topics but also like to have their private space. There are no late night loud parties or nuisance of any sort. Nice and chill environment where people can relax and enjoy living here (and stay longer!). Sorry, but no pets/smoking in the house....
