Spacious light flooded apartment between Klettenbergpark and Beethovenpark. The tram station Klettenbergpark No. 18 is only some steps away and will take you into the city center. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can just bring your suitcase and feel at home. The kitchen has all you need and includes a washing machine. There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy the summer. The rent includes all the bills except of the broadcasting fees. WiFi is included. The listed price is for one person. The surcharge is 149 € per month for the second person. There is a terrace with garden. If you take care of it, there is no surcharge at moving out. Otherwise it's 150€ for a gardener. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
