You will also have access to a toilet and a sink in (hidden)ment but can use the bathroom (shower) in the apartment, the person in this bedroom has also access to the kitchen and other common spaces in the apartment. The bed is 90x200cm and was bought in 2020, you will get towels, sheets, a duvet and a pillow. There is a foldable table in the bedroom and a chair. There is a window in the bedroom and you can open it. You have your own private high-speed wifi in the room. In addition to the bedroom, you will have access to a small room with a fridge, microwave and a kettle. The apartment is on the third floor (the second highest floor) with a beautiful view in all directions. There is free high-speed internet (Wifi) in the apartment. The modern apartment is only 10 minute's bus ride away from the city center. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of Kringlan which is Iceland's second-biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery right across the street. "Skeifan" with multiple fast food places, 3 supermarkets (Bónus, Krónan and Hagkaup(24/7)) and a liquor store is only a 8-minute walk away. There are only 2.6km to the university of Reykjavik if you walk/bike. It is easy to take the bus to all 3 universities as the apartment is located very close to the city center. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and all the necessities you need. There is a washing machine and a dryer inside the apartment.
