Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten (Nettomiete, Strom, Gas, Wasser Nutzung von Mobiliar, Geschirr und Haushaltsgeräten, Betriebs- und Nebenkosten, Hausmeisterservice, Steuern, GIS, Kabelfernsehen, Internet / WiFi). Gas- und Stromkosten (bei normaler Nutzung) sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten. Bei Abschluss eines Mietvertrages wird vor der Nutzung zusätzlich eine Kaution in Höhe von 1500.- EUR fällig.
