Das zweite Zimmer ist privat und wird selten von mir nach Vorankündigung genutzt (ca. 10 Tage / Jahr). Miete einschl. Energie- und Nebenkosten: 680,00 EUR. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in Nähe der Linien U6, 42 und 43 und des AKHs sowie Einkaufs-, Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Im Mietpreis sind alle Kosten enthalten (Nettomiete, Strom, Gas, Wasser Nutzung von Mobiliar, Geschirr und Haushaltsgeräten, Betriebs- und Nebenkosten, Hausmeisterservice, Steuern, GIS, Kabelfernsehen, Internet / WiFi). Gas- und Stromkosten (bei normaler Nutzung) sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten. Bei Abschluss eines Mietvertrages wird vor der Nutzung zusätzlich eine Kaution in Höhe von 1500.- EUR fällig. The second room is private and is rarely used by me according to advance notice (about 10 days / year). Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, a security deposit of 1500.- EUR is required.
