The three bedrooms share a bathroom, a WC, the kitchen, laundry area, and the living and dining room, offering plenty of communal space. The neighborhood is highly residential, quiet, and peaceful, making it ideal for those who prefer a calm environment. The area is also very convenient, with a bus stop, supermarket, Católica University, and the Architecture Faculty all within walking distance. Rental Conditions: - Fortnightly cleaning service for the common areas (kitchen, living and dining, balcony, and entrance) at an extra charge of 20€ /month. - Utilities (water and electricity) are excluded and divided among all residents (max. 3 people) at the end of each month. Check-in time: From 15:00 to 20:00; late check-in available until 22:00 for a fee of 25€. Check-ins are not possible after 22:00.
